From 1 June 2025: no rides on public holidays

From 1 June, the Pendelbus (Shuttle Bus) service will change. From then on, the Pendelbus will no longer run on public holidays.

Commuters who use the Pendelbus the evening before a public holiday can still take the Pendelbus back home before 8 am after their night shift in the Waaslandhaven. This change will take effect from 1 June 2025 and will thus be applied for the first time during the Whitsun weekend (8-9 June 2025). In the Mbus-app, it will also no longer be possible to book rides on public holidays.

New reservation platform from 10 March 2025

From Monday 10 March 2025 onwards, the Shuttle Bus (Pendelbus) will switch to a new booking platform. From then on, you must book your seat on the Shuttle Bus directly using the Mbus app.

Booking for a Shuttle bus (Pendelbus) ride was possible a while back via the ‘Book now’ button on the homepage. Meanwhile, the familiar reservation platform is available again

Works on the Beveren Tunnel – adjusted timetable from Monday 22 April 2024 onwards

To compensate for any delays caused by the work taking place at the Beveren Tunnel, the Port of Antwerp Shuttle Bus (Pendelbus Haven van Antwerpen) will operate to a modified timetable on a number of routes from Monday 22 April 2024 onwards.
